What does it matter how many shares he holds? Anyway, he has a little over a million shares.
On a separate note, anyone notice the withdrawal of the motion to employ PJS that has just been filed by the EC? From my perspective, that can mean one of two things:
a) shareholders are stuck with the warrants in which case there's no point employing a valuation expert to contest the value being placed on the company; or
b) the issues raised by the EC have been resolved and therefore there's no longer any need to contest valuation.
I'm going with (b) simply because it's the more optimistic scenario. Also, the fact that the EC did not file an objection to the POR coupled with the series of resignations we've seen from the EC leads me to believe that the company will most likely amend the current POR to make the returns to equity better than just out-of-the-money warrants -- I'm also considering the filing from a couple of days back where the EC wanted some sort of order on information sharing procedures. Of course, I just might well be wrong but that's my guess.
