Stocks in Oslo are somewhat cheaper. Average p/e historically 13. "Gjennomsnittlig P/E på Oslo Børs har historisk lagt rundt 13." As an aside I can mention that the person I quote does not master Norwegian. "Lagt" should have been "ligget". Not everybody masters the difference between lie and lay either.
