Bringing in part of the crew from NDR id venture to say its a last ditch effort.. NDR is solvent and turns a profit.. its UBRG that didnt ever.

I still have this gut feeling NDR isnt/wasnt going to allow UBRG to drag them down anymore and thats what brought us to where we are today.

I of course am currently speculating
