AmiBroker uses our HTTP API, which does not require a registration, but only works if you are visiting our advertisers. Registration gets rid of that requirement. The HTTP API requires the calling program to query QT every time you want an update (request/response) The streaming API which would get every tick QT gets and does require the registration
Metal: Regarding your previous message I excluded the three stocks with the least contribution to the index and they were ISRG, SIAL, XRAY. I hve been doing this since tuesday and it looks all right. So I will keep this setup for a while and continue studying the patterns in the McClellend Osc. I'll keep QT in mind just in case.
Your charts now look great, I have been watching. Do you consider the Vol Osc more reliable than the Price Osc.? They are close but not the same.
