Or, like me and others, you are standing there just before the prescribed 8PM return time to return your flicks and the vending machine has crapped out. Local manager has no control whatsoever of the machine or content. They make a trouble call to the monitoring office who try to solve the vending machines problems from afar. In the meantime 5 or 6 have lined up to return because you know how we are, we always wait until the last minute, and you're told by the manager that the technicians think it may be fixed in 15-20 minutes but you can drive 4 miles to another McDonald's if you wish to for your return. By now it's 7:52 and you probably can't make it to the other McDonalds anyway. Such is life. At 8:15 and no repair you drive back home carrying a dvd you have already watched. Funny, a woman in line with me saw the flick I had in my hand and asked me to trade her mine for a horror flick she was returning and said she'd make sure she returned it the next night. Oh yeh, I'm gonna give her a flick that my credit card has checked out. LOL
