I have known forever that this company could give a squat about shareholders but I admit I was caught way off guard by this decision. I figured the 75 million from the ATM would satisfy their desire to cash in at every opportunity. Hey, they did something pretty great so I respect their decision to raise within reason.

Finally, I mean finally, and after YEARS of waiting as the stock price floundered, something really positive happens and they turn right around and pull the rug out from under us again with this bullshit. What a kick in the crotch

Like you say jbog they make a killing no matter what so they could really care less. This is just extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Perhaps we all should have learned by now from the story about the frog and the scorpion, "Sorry, I couldn't help it Mr Frog, it's in my nature".....Shareholders are the frog, MNTA is the scorpion, and ultimately all of us will drown together

Does it make sense to me, not particularly. On the other hand, if you believe, as you do, that the biosimilar program is a waste, raising more capital will give them the opportunity to fritter away their money on something else just as unproductive.
