So how did DWTI go from 40 to 200? It also has decay. Go back through a 10 year chart on either of these ETNs. You won't find unfilled gaps other than the ones recently created by this last tank in oil. Why would these gaps not get filled when historically, they all have?

You should start running numbers for crude at 200-250 pb.

Then you will understand what i and others are looking at.
