Puur Happs one doesn't understand that under Rule 144, if the debt was owed/accrued 12 months or more ago, those "restricted when issued" shares can be IMMEDIATELY delegended upon issue and sold into DaMarket™ (i.e., dere in DaFloat™ upon issuance or as soon as the 12 month time from the DEBT was incurred).
Dat is Y DaDavey™ and NTEK pay in arrears and issue shares for aged debt - so the shares can be DUMPED on issuance or as soon as possible thereafter so the recipient bears no MARKET RISK.
Hence the NEGATIVE Liabilities on Da"Financials"™ - NTEK is issuing shares for aged debt.
Or at least BACKDATED debt. DaFoley™ is adept at falsifying documents and DaFraudin'™.
"No prollem, we'll just date this here convertible note 2014. Simple "error" in case anyone ever even sees this besides us and DaLawyer™ who sells 144 letters within 24 hours and will rely on whatever we decide to send him. We smoove."
