Stage three expansion to be delayed
National Bank Financial maintains "underperform", target price is $29.00

Arc ~~~ R U still high on TLM ( Talisman )........it's
looking VERY tempting at current level !

I have not done a great deal of research on the Co. --
appreciate any thoughts you (or anyone else) can tell me.

It's a toss-up right now between buying TLM -- or -- TIE !!
