Ronnie,

this negative perception that currently exists extends only to bunch of pissed off small fish on a message board.

None of us is big enough to even make a dent. I am talking a few months down the road, when the dust settles, and I am talking about institutions.

Do you think institutional investors give a darn if a hoard of retail investors were mad for a month or two when the initial reverse merger occurred? They won't care if PRs were timely, or if Parkin sent personal e-mails.

As sad as it is, none of us is very high on their priority list. The sooner we understand that tenet, the better off we will be. I don't mean to criticize, but this deal is not made for us. We are just lucky enough to hang on for the ride. This is big business, and they are just doing their thing.

That's why I riducule the notions of a shareholder vote and disclosure requirements that some have clamored for. It will never happen, and their are fully within their right. Don't you think for a moment that they don;t know what they are doing.

Just buy a few shares, as I think we'll take another 10% hit tomorrow. You will be fine in the long term.

How you Ron, This would resolve a lot of the problems with all this. I thought of the same thing? Could they without issuing more shares?. They could still buyout the 41% and issue to us only their shares maybe?. The other side of this would be getting approval from the state. Would they be allowed to do this?. I think the fear here would be that a foreign company may in the future want to buy them out.

Its kinda a marriage here with a pre-nupt.
