All the Tangiers notes are convertible. All 9 of them. And the small portion that is not convertible at a percentage of VWAP can be renegotiated at any time in Tangier's favor.

Check the 10-Q. The amount of CONVERTIBLE NOTES is $1.8 million. It is all there in black and white.
