3 billion shares is conjecture because we don't know the conversion rates at all. Maybe they were near current levels, maybe not.
Chrome's form 4 is not of consequence to ERHC. That's Chrome's responsibility not ERHC's.
It's not a Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation if the notes are converted to shares. Please provide link that shows that "Direct" includes convertible notes.
