Maybe not a r/s. Why? The preferred shareholders have done that to common more then once. Last one was when o/s hit 3 billion and they did 1 for 1000. Then stated pr's how great flight school would do saying 3 million in sales and did the opposite as Donnell ran it down not even close to what pr said. O/s will hit 5 billion if they can continue to sucker buyers at this level. Amazing how some ignore history of prefers doing this many times. They have always maxed out A/S and will do what it takes to again. That is why price won't move. Then the question is what next? Another r/s with QASP and start over again? Last time after 1 for 1000 r/s o/s was 3 million. Well back up to billions now. Do prefers want to use QASP again after another r/s to dump billions? Or just move on to new company and do same thing. Time will tell but one or the other will happen. Either way once again common who held for growth in revenues and value got scammed again. Revenues per last filing low as they have ever been. Never ever made any profit. The only thing that grows is o/s. Been that way for many years. Nothing ever changes but increase in share count. Still same pig new lipstick.
