AMD is a big question mark. Personally I like and use their cpu's. Intel is much more disliked ouside the US. AMD does get somewhat better sales in the euro and Asia. There may be a modicum of truth in their statement. IMHO their 64 bit implementation blows away intel.

FWIW, I got stopped out on a small amd position.
