can somebody explain in dummy terms what all these outstanding
share numbers mean are these good numbers or bad numbers please elaborate

Appreciate your optimisim. I am in for the long haul no matter what. I also averaged down to make up for the $.80 a share
I originally paid.
I believe in the technology. My biggest fear is someone will invent and complete something similar before WPWR gets theirs done.
There is a lot of money at stake for the oil companies and they will probably gravitate to the first successful device.
