We would absolutely positively be thinking wrong to believe that TBEV's Q & K filings are being submitted by non-qualified unlicensed accounting professionals.

I'm not sure what we are trying to imply when we state validating unaudited financials versus audited financials.

All 10Q filings are unaudited.

All 10K filings are audited.

That goes for every public company on the OTC, NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE.
