OR we take those back and JAMIE will get his ASS SUED for illegally SELLING SOMETHING he siad he OWNED TO SELL.

All here have heard or seen it too.
Someone buys a car only later to find out the guy that sold it to them didn't own it because the guy that sold it to him changed the TITLE(there it is again TITLE) and portrayed he owned it.........

AND guess what the POLICE DON'T give a rats but IF ya paid for it or not,it AINT YOURS LEGALLY

Standard practice for many holding companies. The brick and mortar and land are owned by the holding companies. If one of their businesses goes belly up, they can either move in another business or sell the property and the store. They do not want to be tied into long term leases. No reason to. Many of the problems K Mart had were caused by their use of long term leases for the land their stores sat on and the high prices they were paying for those leases. Also did not allow them to expand their facilities when WalMart came on the scene because they didn't own the land. Just my 2 cents worth.
