You are right. There was never any proof that KMAG filed like they claimed they did. So based on everything that MIKP has gone through, maybe Mark still has a decent chance at getting off of the grey sheets. We know for sure that Mark filed.

Actually in KMAG's case FINRA apparently made a decision to deny within 30 days of submission of the 211...although I still doubt a 211 was actually filed. It was never verified in any way. However, there was definitely NOT 8 months of back and forth.
