Bueno...there may very well be a naked short position....I don't know. It happens all the time and has been going on for as long as Wall Street has been absent a model for penalties that fit the crime. Way overdue IMO...but that is another story.
I can tell you...if there IS a naked short position here...it will very likely never be filled to any satisfaction or appreciation to retail investors. I wish I believed otherwise...but the entire system is corrupt...so you play with as few cards as you can...and hope to be on the right side of a shady deal.
