I wish I had an inkling, but I can't tell you.
Apparently there are too many other variables in play than pure valuation.
I personally don't think that the 8-k will give us the pop that some look for. It will stabilize at a level higher than now, but where exactly is anyone's guess.
In my opinion, it'll take the 8-k, a move up to a different exchange (btw, OTC employs the MM system as well), and a couple of quarters of nice earnings to really get this thing going. At that point, I think $3 is not out of the question.

All I am trying to do here is to put the pieces together from a pure mathematical analysis perspective. But if the stock market were based on that alone, there'd be some rich PhDs out there...
