Because we have a problem with someone who lies to shareholders with which we have a real problem with, that makes us a bad neighbor.. Yates has been exposed for what he is. A pathological liar who has never done anything he has claimed. imo NAME TWO THINGS HE HAS DONE THAT HE CLAIMED..

First Yates went to Az. and claimed to have brought contracts back, then he claimed to have gone to Suriname and came back with a deal, Then he claimed Ronn was putting in 100k, then he claimed he sold the co. first to C.K. Williams, then he claimed to have sold it to Murphy and was getting 100k from that, then he claimed testing in China, then he claimed testing at Ronn, then it was the Ebola app., then it was carbon credits, then it was reverse merger with amps , then it was fake PRs., then it was, all along filings were being done, then it was his acountant problem so he had to go to Fla. and have other accountants finish it, then it was he had to borrow money to finish filings, then it was the biggest joke of all "NuState Telematics with the worst web site I have ever seen and now HE'S going to Tennessee to meet with investors..WHEN DOES THE TRUTH START??????

There's lots of good neighbors here with solid support. There's just 2 or 3 lone wolfs trying to nibble at Yates and NuState progress.

Oh really? On the 29th of last month in the morning Yates said the filings were ready. Then in the afternoon of the same day he said the filings are not ready and will take another month. And now he supposedly says in a private email that the filings are ready. Why didn't he tweet it? Could it be that the SEC considers tweets from a company on an open forum are as binding as a PR and they are libel for every one.
