Only if they dilute to offset the subs that would be generated.

We've already posted guestimates on PPS based on subs from CC alone...

IMO yes with AAFES but still a lot of people who have not invested, or stayed invested because of the Target rumor. They've been shot down before with the CC pilot extension and just aren't chancing it. BUT, announce it and a new ball game.
