wouldn't be the first time they've done it. I assume you haven't been here for the last year, where they managed to dilute 7 billion shares, then do a r/s, and quickly double the o/s again.
this company has no cash, very little revenue, and a ton of debt. only way they can pay off the debt is either through taking on additional debt or by diluting.
