No felony conviction is correct..but "criminal charges" will follow Eddie forevermore. That's the ONLY reason he finally paid his victim IN FULL. He had NO OTHER CHOICE.
And then he has the gall to come on here and proclaim is innocence.. "(Plaintiff) picked the paintings up 2-1/2 years before suing me.. my GM and inventory control officer were willing to testify he did..." yadda yadda.
Imo Eddie took the paintings; sold, bartered, transferred or otherwise benefited from them; then refused to pay until forced to. If he sold them he should have plenty of documentation AND should have paid his TAXES on them. If he lost them he's too stupid for words.
