I think that's a safe call is why it was put that way, per the Monthly report, their tweaking Alpha and sounds like they are still adding extra's to the Breathalyzer, they have path to putting the concentration level in it but not there yet, at least per the Monthly it wasn't for April developments, June 5th report might have it for May developments, it would be a jump from detecting and to testing levels at road side, just need it to detect road side and tested in station with the Test Kit Cannabix is also developing, they'll get there with a little more time, detecting is big enough for now, kinda like Marijuana was illegal 80 years and now it's not, that big in my book, but you can bet within a year they be reading level's road side
