LOL. Years ago after 1 for 1000 r/s. Since then not even close. Now billions of shares issued later no chance. We have seen this before with QASP once the current scam had a run and billions issued. That is what happen since they started this new one last spring. Now same as past 2. .0001 by .0002 on billions in dilution.
