That is not how convertible notes work in the penny world. Nobody...and I mean nobody is going to convert and then sit on the shares. The risk is too great. You convert at the discount and sell immediately while you can still make a profit to the discount. That is the only sure way to make money...which is why the conversions and sales go hand in hand.
