I took the PR different than most others. To me, it indicated for the first time that Sulja Bros. was now the parent company. And if that's true, what does the share structure look like now. Whether Consultech's Midwest Office will just merge into Sulja Bros. in June, I don't know. We do know that that part of the merger is supposed to be done in June.
I've personally talked to the attorney, Mr Gottbetter, handling the merger and SEC paperwork. And we do know that Sulja Bros., and Loftwerks are real companies making real money. Still don't seem to know a lot about Consultech. We do know that Steve Sulja was Director of Marketing and Sales for both Sulja Bros. and Consultech's Midwest Office for the past 10 years (less at Consultech I believe).
Has anyone tried to contact Steve Sulja? I'm not sure how all the uplisting works, especially with the second part of the merger still underway. I think the next month will tell a lot. IMO this is on the verge of coming together. Still not sure if there will be one monster PR shock or just a gradual trickle of news until all the mergers and financials are out and eventually the OTCBB uplisting is complete. I'll be here to find out unless something tells me otherwise. So far, except for the time tables, they are doing what they said they would.
