Funny How you claim Pierre is gone already.
That's not what the 8 K said.
The 8 K took away his control of the Company and Stated within 30 days he would be officially gone.
It.s now been 40 Days and No 10K Annual Report has been filed stating the Completion of Pierre's Dissolution as CEO of GHDC
In other words it's obvious there was another legal mechanism that put Pieere and Crew Out the door
IMO that Mechanism was in 2 Parts
1- Paying off the SFMI debt in order to but back the Foreclosed Property
2-The entering of "EAGLE" as the funding company so that PQ's Massive SFMI and GHDC position would have value and be on the Path to being Legit
Some posters know that Pierre was not going to leave until he saw the BIG FUNDING
IMO that is why there is no 10K from either company
If so PQ has successfully put all others into a Giant Circle Jerk and hence again pulled the wool over the group's eyes
If this GHDC Deal were completed the 8K would have updated and a 10K would be out.
Remember No Eagle Money No Exit of Pierre
No SFMI Debt Free No Eagle
Some of you were saying First GHDC
I contend that PQ has this whole thing tied up again then SFMI
