The settlement provides that both parties pay their own legal costs.
I recall, when the case was launched, that total victory for Eyetalk365 was supposed to be a foregone conclusion. With Eyetalk365 recovering all their legal costs, AND aggravated damages, from the defendants.
In the end there's no victory. There's no aggravated damages award. And the 'settlement' is unlikely to cover the legal fees incurred by Eyetalk365.
