Thank you for your post concerning my thoughts on this company.
I take an interest in it because I have a number of friends and acquaintances who have asked me to analyze the balance sheet, classes of shares etc.
Whilst I decided against purchasing shares, as you correctly state, and have no intention of doing so, I also take an interest because I am incredulous that a company can exist for so many years with no value-added for shareholders.
So from that point of view, I watch it on a "semi-professional" angle purely to verify my decision.
My background, though now retired, was in big-ticket lending to a wide range of companies. I therefore needed analytical skills to make decisions. One is never correct 100% of the time, unfortunately. Who knows, I may be wrong with SMME, but I do not think so.
So far as SMME is concerned, I point out to those who have sought my opinion that the stock is pure "blue sky", is a gamble with the odds lengthening because its competitors have moved ahead.
Most unfortunately, I am unable to find one announcement that has borne fruit, and this I believe has caused the most damge of all.
