I agree Monkey. People may panic a little when they see VFIN and BMAK on the ask for a few days when the notes convert. I've seen guesses of 30 to 50 million shares on these notes. I would imagine one could read the filings and see exactly how much is converting. But I have also read that without the 10k they can't convert. That's news to me but it makes sense because VFIN and BMAK have been off the ask for awhile now and the 10k is late, as we all know. So that explanation makes sense.
I would imagine we get one more shot to load this under a penny in the coming days / week depending on when the 10k gets filed, how the market reacts to the filing and how many shares convert in the following days.
I did a nice job trimming on the run to .02 and have a large amount of cash available to load this up. I will be watching the market makers closely in the days after we file the 10k. This could continue to climb in my opinion before the 10k gets filed. But after that, I see it coming back to some really attractive levels to load up again.
Just my opinions.
