You are so correct. Hodge clearly tipped his hand when he reissued to BCCI those 30 million shares for the patent that had been denied. One doesn't have to know the rest of the details to understand what is going on. Gershuny's constant barrage clearly shows that they do not get it. It clearly indicates that a scheme is still going on. I do not understand why they don't tell him to stop. And I would like to know what it is he knows about Leon that is so damning. LOL.
What I don't get is the lack of performance altogether. You would think that they would have learned that it is the key to investor behavior.
Bad move IMO. That's how investors destroyed this company the first time. It can get a lot WORSE than this in the penny world. Let what's happening happen instead of attempting to throw out the managers and all the technology and intellectual property with it like was done before. That's what got us here.
