The VMGI annual report is too sad to read again and that attorney letter only confirms that what William discussed with the 'interested party' in the beginning, that resulted with a LOI, was accurate. You really think that's all it will take to close the deal? Wrong. The important doc is the mutual agreement to the 'Letter of Terms' which will result in a final contract. Terms are still a major issue in my opinion. Equity,%,management,control etc. They want more than William wants to give up.William perhaps could walk away with a nice chunk in a merger or buy out....leaving VMGI existing common worth little.....based on VMGI's current value, revenue, assets and liabilities.
