High V-Pak rejections and ESRX

A few points:

1. ESRX's 25 million covered lives on the national formulary represent about 8% of all covered lives. They have an exclusive deal with VPAK.

2. Many hold that VPAK has a 10 % market share, which would make the ESRX national formulary by far the largest share of that market.

3. ESRX has promised to open up the doors to all HCV patients, yet VPAK has higher levels of rejections than the other HCV drugs.

Actually, V-Pak consists of 4 (not 8) pills per day.
