All we really know is that in Q1 2015 Gilead had 96% of US dollar volume and ABBV/ENTA had 4%.

That’s not all we know. Both ABBV and GILD were asked on their respective 1Q15 CCs about current prescription-volume share in the US market, and their answers were almost the same, as noted in the second paragraph of #msg-113259950.
