Yes. And it wasn't the doomsday suit that it was hyped to be. Again. And no, I'm not surprised. I'm aware all settled suits are dismissed. I'm also not surprised that another suit that was supposed to destroy the company didn't.
This company is doing fine destroying itself it needs no litigious assistance.
