The U.S. is behind many other nations who have elected female leaders, but I sure hope we don't choose our next president based on gender...As for Bernie Sanders, he doesn't stand a chance against the Clinton money machine but if he can get HRC to talk about important issues, that'll be good for everyone...My all-time favorite is Sen Elizabeth Warren, but I'm glad she won't run in 2016 - we need her in the Senate; perhaps her time will yet come for a WH run.
The Repub party has nobody and as of this writing I expect HRC will be elected president in 2016, but I am not convinced she is the best person for the job.
