They tell you what they want you to know to hype the stock and do not give anyone proper disclosure of the facts.
THIS IS A MATERIAL EVENT and as such there should be full disclosure to lift the CTO so there is a level playing field.
I have had several discussions with the right person at AMF on this subject.
They are very concerned about all potential pump'n'dump schemes and GCEI is on their radar as one of these potential companies.
Simply 'filing' does not fulfill their obligation for proper and full disclosure. And that is exactly the way Renken likes it!! SUCK THEM IN with vague news!
And kittykat - I am hoping my posts might get to someone who is thinking about investing in this POS and save them money. The LONGS on this board are hopeless. They are getting exactly what they deserve.
OldMan and Cloud think that once the PGM acquisition is announced that the stock will soar. They aren't even thinking it could just as easily drop based upon dilution and lack of foreseeable profitability. Exactly the BELIEVER BLINDNESS syndicate has talked about.
Thank God that the lack of volume and stock price is a CLEAR INDICATION that Renken and Adessky are not very convincing.
