The number you provided, which you claim is not a working number, works just fine. It doesn't matter if there are too many digits in a personalized number as the phone system recognizes the first qualified digits.

I just called the number and spoke with them. They identified themselves as Monster Marketing / NGCG. You should probably try that before you post blatantly false information.
