And I'm still waiting on how Elite was given the green light for their Phase III trial with no BE data to be found. So Doug Plasche sells twenty thousand dollars in shares. Hardly surprising. I bet he isn't set for life the way Jerry and Nasrat are.

The man agreed to take shares in lieu of cash Elite may not have been able to pay him. So he took twenty grand off the table to help pay bills. Hardly surprising.

Nasrat buys 700,000 shares at .31 and Doug sells how many shares again?

I think what Nasrat bought tells the real story here. Nasrat bought shy of ten times what Doug sold.
