That was before people knew about how much dilution was coming, before they knew the AS would be raised billions and before they knew a R/S was looming upon them. Now they know, now its in a death spiral, previous CEO screw investors over, only thing will save this, is if current management find a way to extend the CD, but seems doubtful since the holder dosnt want to talk to the company.
