I expect to hear news tomorrow, but some instances take longer. Use this link:

http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/srch-edgar?text=form-type%3D"CERTNAS"&first=2015&last=2015

Use form-type="CERTNAS" for the search.

It shows all companies that have been certified on NASDAQ, following links to 'see all company filings'. You can then see how quickly the CERTNAS form arrives after the 8-A12B forms for companies that file in this method.

My quick review found several cases in which the CERTNAS arrives the next day.

Tomorrow could be our day!

I looked up a few other stocks that have up-listed and I have seen some that released a PR one day and they were trading on the NASDAQ the next.

As Up-Listing to NASDAQ is really quite rare for OTC stocks, I don't like to predict timing as there is not much precedent that I'm familiar with. It's all case by case and NASDAQ has flexibility. I can say it's happening much faster than I expected. It could be just waiting for NASDAQ to stamp APPROVED on the application, or they could be completing some details, or committee designations.

Whatever the exact day, I seriously doubt the BOD appointments would have been announced unless it was a go. The company has clearly been reluctant to do this before.

Sounds reasonable to me. Do you have an indication how long uplisting may take now, normally? One week, month or Q? -BaartP

Tob any idea as to about how long to get the new listing tia -jsc52033
