Krishna wants the Nobel Prize. I doubt he is interested in selling the company. Leo is the business man and will accept a great deal

You can hire the negotiating expertise of an investment banker if needed. Leo and Menon have opinions of what this company could be worth...so they can throw out a realistic number that they'd require to sell. Maybe Leo brings in an IB for the BOD later on?

What do we think might be an acceptable buy-out price per Leo and Krishna?
