I think I represent a massive number of lurkers when I say that I appreciate (and read them of course) most articles posted here even if I seldom express my gratitude. (To avoid cluttering the board, you know.... <g>)
The fact that you got no responses (or usually only one token response) is in fact a sign that the article was good.
If the article was bad, or inappropiate, you'd "feel" the uproar. <g>

P.S. On a sligtly different subject: I also greatly appreciate the "Gold Related" marks on top as I (for one) don't really care for PMs, and it allows me to skip those articles rapidly.
