your missing my point... it is not a right or wrong situation.... as restricted shares become tradeable then that means that they many times flood the market from people that want to get their money back after the holding "restricted" period or conditions of the restrictions... that means the increase in the selling pressure increases which wa la... pressure downward on the pps.... hense, slowing the big mo in the pps... I hope that clears my point up.... the company wants to take those future restricted shares out of the game to stop any future selling pressure... hope that clears my thoughts up... I must be brain dead today...
