If Ackman, Berkowitz, Perry, Olson, Cooper, Boies, Jones Day, Lew, Watt, Schwind and other plaintiffs are in big conf room, how many days it would take for them to settle with a win win solution? I would say one or two days enough :) Lot of homework already done by plaintiffs. By now the slides for May 4th Ira Sohn might be ready too :)
Will this coming Monday 4/27 change our life? We are optimist :)
