Playing devil's advocate for a moment -- is there really much customer loyalty to a kwik-trip? Aren't 'convenience' stores really just all about location - and that's why they can charge way more than your local grocer or Walmart? I can see some people coming in just to get certain deals, but only a very small percentage that otherwise would go somewhere else. So, I'm having a hard time seeing how a KT will benefit much from a loyalty program. I can see it much more for non-convenience type businesses -- restaurants and the like.
