The case was disposed (complete) yesterday, the decision making motion 008 moot was passed to the clerk today and put up on SCROLL a little while ago.
If there was any good news in it for EEGC, there would have been an update to the EEGC website yesterday or early this morning at the latest saying the case was disposed and if there was some sort of settlement that could not be disclosed it would have said so and made a load of guff about how it is good news that the case has been settled etc.
The silence speaks volumes just as with the licence appeal that was dismissed when Malc's lawyers did not turn up. EEGC said absolutely nothing. I forced TXO to make a statement based on the MRT website being updated.
The longer the EEGC website stays silent the bigger the disaster it was for Mad Malc.
