Microsoft, MSFT - again.

Yesterday, July 8th, Microsoft announced a new policy regarding Employee options - there will be no more Employee options. In their announcement, they said they would explain the financial ramifications of this policy and it's affect on reported earnings (past and future?) on July 17th.
